Classes
Payments and reservations
- All classes must be paid in full before the 5th day of each month.
- I am not responsible for any extra fees your bank might charge.
Changes and cancellations
For group classes:
- If you can’t assist to a class, this will not be refunded.
- The classes where one student cannot assist, will be recorded and uploaded to Notion. In this way you will be able to watch it at your own pace.
- Only if the whole group agrees and we find a suitable day and time, the class could be rescheduled.
For individual classes:
- It is possible to reschedule a lesson if students give at least 24 hours’ notice, either via Email or WhatsApp.
- In case of emergency, the class can be rescheduled.
- An emergency is a last minute, unavoidable meeting or doctor appoinment – please provide proof thereof.
- If there is a change or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the class will be charged.
- If the student does not attend class, the class will be charged. I only wait for 15 minutes.
- If you’re running late, you can let me know via WhatsApp, but I don’t guarantee that we can have the full class in that case.
- If for whatever reason I’m running late, I’ll let you know via WhatsApp and we will recover the time left at a day and time that suits both of us.
In case I need to make any changes due to sickness, the class will be either reimbured or rescheduled.
Holidays
- Bank holidays are free.
- There is one week off at Easter
- There are two weeks off at Christmas.
- There are no classes in July and August.
In case I go on holidays at another time of the year, these will be notified in advance.
Others
I reserve the right to change the prices of the classes at the start of the school year (September), but I will always let the students know in advance.
Digital Products
- Any order placed on jimenaibarra.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
- The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.
- Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.
- Delivery is immediate and online through my platform on systeme.io.
- All personal data of users is respected and cared for on this website and your rights are guaranteed, because we comply with the current law: Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. It also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons (RGPD), as well as Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI).

Pagos y reservas
¿Cómo se paga?
- Se paga por adelantado el mes entero.
- Todas las clases se pagan con tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria o Bizum.
- No me hago responsable de ningún cargo bancario adicional.
Cambios y cancelaciones
¿Y si un día no puedo asistir a clases?
En clases grupales:
- Si no puedes asistir a una clase, ésta no se te reembolsará.
- Cada clase quedará grabada y se colgará en la plataforma. Así podrás ver cuando puedas lo que se haya dado esa clase.
- Si el grupo entero está de acuerdo y hay disponibilidad horaria, se podrá recuperar esa clase algún otro día.
En clases individuales:
- Los cambios son posibles si se avisan con mínimo 24 horas de antelación, ya sea por email o WhatsApp.
- En caso de emergencia se puede cambiar la clase de fecha u hora según disponibilidad.
- Se entiende como emergencia una reunión laboral inamovible o cita médica de último momento – con justificante ambas
- En este caso se recuperará la clase en una nueva fecha y hora convenidas.
- Si una clase se cancela con menos de 24 horas, la clase se cobrará.
- Si el alumno no se presenta, la clase se cobrará.
- Sólo espero 15 minutos en caso de retraso.
- Si tú vas con retraso, me puedes avisar por WhatsApp, aunque no garantizo que podamos dar el tiempo completo de la clase.
- Si yo voy con retraso, te notificaré por WhatsApp, y si no hay tiempo de dar la clase entera, ese tiempo se recuperará en otro momento que nos venga bien a las dos partes.
¿Y si yo no puedo dar clase por enfermedad?
En caso de que yo tenga que cambiar alguna clase, la clase se recuperará de un modo u otro.
Es mi compromiso contigo.
¿Y si ya no puedo dar clases antes de que se termine el nivel?
Para ver resultados reales recomiendo dar cuando menos dos meses. Para que te sientas orgulloso/a de lo que has logrado.
Si tienes que dejar las clases, me tienes que avisar a mí directamente 15 días antes del fin del último mes que ya no quieres/puedes continuar.
Vacaciones
- En Semana Santa hay una semana libre.
- En Navidad hay dos semanas libres.
- En julio y agosto no hay clases, pero se retoman las clases en septiembre.
Otros
- Me reservo el derecho de aumentar los precios de las clases a principios del año académico (septiembre), pero siempre se avisará a los alumnos ya inscritos de cualquier cambio.
Productos Digitales
- Cualquier pedido realizado en jimenaibarra.com implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de estas condiciones generales de venta.
- Los precios se indican en euros, con todos los impuestos incluidos. El precio de los artículos puede cambiar en cualquier momento. Sin embargo, el precio aplicado a un pedido será el anunciado en el momento de realizarlo.
- El pago debe realizarse de forma inmediata en la fecha del pedido, incluyendo productos en preventa. Puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito. El pago en línea seguro con tarjeta de crédito se realiza a través de la empresa Stripe. La información transmitida se cifra mediante software conforme a las normas del arte y no puede ser leída durante su transporte a través de la red. Cualquier garantía relacionada con la seguridad de este sistema es responsabilidad exclusiva de la empresa Stripe y no puede atribuirse a nosotros.
- La entrega es inmediata y en línea a través de mi plataforma en systeme.io.
- Todos los datos personales de los usuarios son respetados y tratados con cuidado en este sitio web, y sus derechos están garantizados, ya que cumplimos con la legislación vigente: Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de derechos digitales.
